ABOUT US

At Invictus Counseling, we specialize in anxiety, OCD, and related challenges, working with individuals and families ages 5 and up. Our counselors bring advanced training, ongoing supervision, and access to expert consultation to every step of treatment.

WHO WE ARE

Our approach is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs, using proven methods including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), iCBT, anxiety sensitivity work, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), all provided in a compassionate, supportive environment.

The name Invictus comes from the poem by William Ernest Henley: I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul. It reflects how we work. You remain in charge of your healing journey, with structured guidance and expert support along the way.

We specialize in anxiety and OCD, and serve Northwest and South Florida both in person and virtually. Our counselors work with individuals and families ages 5 and up, including children, teens, adults, and parents.

WHAT WE TREAT

OUR TRAINING STANDARD

Every new therapist at Invictus, licensed and intern, completes two evidence-based Foundational Trainings before working with clients. Our therapists continue to invest in advanced training, attend conferences, and consult with field experts,

with ongoing supervision throughout.

Our registered mental health interns work under supervision and follow the same evidence-based approaches, at a reduced rate.
