My Style
My style is compassionate, collaborative, reflective, and practical. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can talk openly, feel genuinely heard, and understand the reasoning behind the approaches we use together. Along with empathy, gentle reflection, and humor when appropriate, we’ll build practical tools and coping strategies you can use outside of therapy.
As a first-generation Poarch Creek Indian with lived experience of endometriosis, I bring personal perspective into my work when helpful. I also identify as spiritual without
affiliation with an organized religion.

My Why
I believe people deserve a space where they can feel understood without having to separate the different parts of who they are. My own experiences with chronic illness, culture, identity, and spirituality give me an appreciation for how many layers can shape the way we experience anxiety, our bodies, and the world around us.
I’m especially interested in helping people understand patterns that can feel confusing or difficult to control. Whether that involves intrusive thoughts, health fears, eating concerns, panic, or repetitive worry, I want therapy to provide both understanding and practical ways to move forward.
Curiosity is an important part of who I am, and I bring that same curiosity into my work with clients. Rather than assuming there is one explanation or one solution, I want to understand your experience and work together to find approaches that make sense for you.
