My Style
My style is practical, collaborative, supportive, and individualized. I want therapy to be a place where you feel understood while also gaining tools you can use in everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore what is keeping you stuck, recognize your
strengths, and develop strategies that fit your needs.
My goal is to help you feel more confident and capable
while making meaningful, sustainable changes.

Therapeutic Approaches
My Why
My path into mental health began while working with children with special needs. That experience showed me how meaningful it can be to help someone overcome obstacles, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in what they are capable of.
Over the years, I’ve also worked in school and mental health settings alongside students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Those experiences reinforced my belief that people do best when they feel understood, supported, and given practical tools they can actually use in everyday life.
That is what I want therapy to provide—a collaborative space where you can better understand what you’re experiencing, build resilience, and develop strategies that help you move toward the life you want.
