OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE DISORDER

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is characterized by unwanted, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges and repetitive behaviors that can interfere with daily life. PANIC

Panic can feel intense and unpredictable — from sudden anxiety attacks to avoiding places out of fear that panic will strike. Often this is due to anxiety sensitivity, which means having a fear or sensitivity to anxiety symptoms. Using CBT and a special kind of exposure, called interoceptive exposure, we help you understand your symptoms, respond differently to fear, and feel safer and more in control.

COMMON FORMS

  • Anxiety Attacks

  • Agoraphobia with Panic

  • Fear of Losing Control

  • Physical Panic Symptoms

PHOBIAS

Phobias can create intense fear and avoidance that interfere with your daily life, relationships, routines, and ability to enjoy new experiences. Our therapists provide a supportive, judgment-free space to better understand your fears and the patterns that may be keeping them in place.

Through personalized, evidence-based approaches such as CBT and gradual exposure therapy, we help you face fears safely, build confidence, and regain a greater sense of freedom and control.

COMMON TYPES

  • Agoraphobia

  • Emetophobia

  • Specific Fears

TRAUMA

Trauma can affect many areas of daily life and make it difficult to feel safe, confident, and in control. At Invictus Counseling, our therapists provide evidence-based therapy in a compassionate, supportive environment to help individuals manage trauma-related symptoms and build practical coping skills for everyday life.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed care, we help individuals address challenges and move toward greater confidence and lasting well-being.

BODY-FOCUSED REPETITIVE BEHAVIORS (BFRBs)

Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) include behaviors such as hair pulling and skin picking. If these behaviors are affecting your daily life, our therapists provide evidence-based therapy in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Our goal is to help you better understand your experiences, develop practical coping skills, and regain confidence using personalized, evidence-based care.
